If you're burned out, feel agitated, ruminate frequently, or have trouble listening to your physical limits, this tailored program could be for you. In a safe and nonjudgmental space, you'll learn about nervous system regulation, trusting your body's unique language, and finding ways to tame the mind. We'll implement a practical strategy to generate a path to wellbeing and mental ease that is unique to your needs. A big component of this work happens outside of session, with customized homework.
